Itch / Country Club Double Header - 15th October 2011

Greetings from the Trailer Park. Just letting you all know about a couple of events on Saturday the 15th October.

First up, there's the next Country Club at the Trades Club (Hebden Bridge - West Yorkshire) featuring TT residents Annie, Fraser, Lindsey & Peaches who will be joined by the Sonic Manipulator. As an alternative option, Trailer Trash regular Paul Thornton and the rest of the Itch collective and guests will be welcoming a very, very special visitor to Preston, Lancashire; House DJ John Morales is in town! This is a rare opportunity to hear one of the world's most influential remixers. You can check out his biog HERE

Grange Over Dub Part 6.

 

Greetings from the Trailer Park. Pat Trash's long-running Underground Roots Sessions continue with part 6 of his Grange Over Dub parties taking place on the 19th Feb. With special guest selections from Apache Hi-Fi alongside regulars Red J, Danman and Bongo Chilli - this is another one not to be missed people. Nelson's NYE With Annie

Annie is playing at Nelsons wine bar in Hebden Bridge this NYE. It's becoming an annual tradition and it's well worth attending. There are fine beers on offer to compliment the excellent music. There's a facebook event page here

Trailer Trash @ the Beat Herder Festival 2010

Well it's that time of year again. We've got a stunning line-up for this year's Beat Herder festival which, as usual, is scheduled for the first weekend in July (2nd - 4th) 

Joining TT residents Kim, Pat, Anne, Fraser, Lindsey, Peach, Red J & Martin & James Deane we have special guest performances from Luke Vibert, Steve Cobby (Fila Brazillia), Sean P, Rusty Staples, Jinx, Underground Roots, Paul Thornton, IxInDaMix, Karl Roscoe, The Lumberjack Cowboy Heatbreak Trucking Co, Mik Artistik's Ego Trip & Rob Bright (Bugged Out). 

There are also a shed-load of great acts, DJs & bands performing across the festival site over the weekend too. It's shaping up to be the best Beat Herder festival yet.

As always, we'll be serving the finest cocktails this side of Pendle Hill & our decor team have pulled out all the stops to create a unique environment for the TT faithful.

Statick Tod Statick - 30th April 2010

Just a quick post to let you all know about a rather promising up-and-coming clubnight based in Todmorden on the Lancs / Yorkshire border called Statick Tod Statick. The town has a long history of quality underground parties - taking advantage of it's 'backwater' status. No fuss, just getting on with it all these years.

The venue for the launch party was once home to the long running 'Out In The Sticks' night and has changed hands a few times since then, but the new owners have very kindly agreed to throw open the doors for FREE on the 30th of April.

TT resident James Deane will be making a guest appearance alongside residents De-Fine Digital, DJ Sick-Note, The Toothless Butcher, Mattonymous, Quartz & Keylo. Expect all flavours of techno, house and breaks with the emphasis on quality dancefloor materials.

Hosting the upstairs room, Bubble & Tweek are set for a marathon throwdown of electro & house. Doors open from 10 'till 4. There's a limited capacity of 300 and it's FREE into both rooms until 12:30.

There's a facebook event group here and there's really no excuse why you shouldn't all be there on the 30th...

Soulspun Featuring TT DJs - 3rd October 2009.

Trailer Trash have teamed up with Subconscious & Herbal Mafia to bring you what promises to be a very special end of season all-nighter at the fantastic Beaver Works in Leeds on the 3rd of October. 

TT resident James Deane will be playing a rare techno only set alongside Will Law (Beat Herder), Ignition Technician & Nuccle from the legendary Orbit club.

The basement is hosted by the excellent Herbal Mafia crew who'll be spinning a bass-orientated selection including D&B, Dubstep & Jungle.

TT Residents Annie, Kim Trash & Martin Deane will be taking over the bar alongside Tim Toil & Immi - expect the usual high-quality tunes all night long.

It's only a fiver in - which is a bargain!

TT 5th Birthday @ the Mill 18th Oct

   

 

Main Room residents James & Martin Deane will be joined by Sam Hell, fresh from his guest mix on BBC Radio 1’s Annie Nightingale show. Sam’s recent musical output has reached the top-five sales positions in the Beatport Breaks and DJ download charts. His chunky tech-funk sound has been rocking the main room dance-floor at Trailer Trash for a few years now – so we thought it was about time that he had another chance to come down and do some damage in person.

We’ve also secured the services of Howard Sessions after his impressive appearance at the TT Country Club at this years’ Beat Herder festival.  Expect a variety of house styles with the addition of live keyboards and drum-machine for good measure.

Last, but by no means least, Mark Turner from the legendary Orbit will be finishing off proceedings in the Main Room with his trademark blend of techno styles.

Moving upstairs to the Lounge Room, Trash residents Lindsey, Annie, Pat, Red J & Kim will be spinning reggae, disco, funk, hip-hop, dubstep, soul & punk alongside very special guest Sean P. Known as ‘the Knowledge’ by such luminaries as Joey Negro and Bill Brewster, Sean’s peerless disco selection always delights the Lounge Room massive!

We also have live musical entertainment in the form of the UR Penetrators, a band who made a big splash at the Beat Herder earlier this year with their electro/punk sound.

 

The Top Floor (Café) sees Trash residents Peaches & Fraser playing host to

Paul Thornton (Itch / Preston FM) along with some live Jazz (band TBA).

 

As usual the door tax is ten pounds & you can bring your own beverages (sealed bottles only please). The (optional) dress code is ‘Space Oddity’. It’s a private party, but you’re all invited as always.
